Marvellous and fantastic location within walking distance of Casablanca Twin Center. Also, in the city center.

Absolutely fantastic and elegant hotel unit with a beautiful view. Bonus point for a safe box, a mini bar, and central heating. Welcoming staff throughout. Amazing location not far from the center of Casablanca, all the shopping areas/restaurants and the coast. Very close to Gauthier and other tourist attractions.

I wished to eat a pizza in my room, so I bought one in Pizza hut with take away. When I arrived to the hotel the staff didn't permit me to enter, so I was obliged to eat out of the hotel. absurd!

The rooms are incredible, the view is really nice. Good location. Nice spa.
They have a lot of personnel, but terrible service with the exception of one of the concierges and one bell boy. You can observe this even when checking in. Staff is not trained for customer service. There is no coordination, three people greeted us at the restaurant but nobody came to us with the menu or to offer us drinks. You will ask somebody for something and they will ask somebody else. There were some very nice people as staff but they don't seem to know what they need to do. Training is needed!

service staff professional and friendly, very helpful. rooms large and very comfortable. choice of dining / bars in house.
the practice of taking a 3000 dirham (double cost of the room) "preapproval" on the credit card upon check in is unacceptable, offensive and a terrible introduction to a stay here. absolutely unacceptable. i have travelled extensively internationally and this is just outrageous. if they want to do this, then just ask for full payment on reservation. i understand the culture here (particularly regarding money), but this is just rubbish for a hotel of this standard. they already have your credit card details, so there is absolutely no need for this. disgusting.

We have experineced this hotel as a pleasant hotel to stay. The staff was friendly and helpful, rooms were spacious. Locatioin is okay. Prices in the hotel are extreme; a breakfast of 24 euros is too much. We had breakfast just around the corner for a few euros.

I absolutely loved the luxurious pool area and the mouthwatering buffet breakfast they served every morning. I really enjoyed the spa's soothing massages and the relaxing sauna after a busy day. The only downside was that the shower had low water pressure, but honestly, it didn't ruin my stay at all! 😊
